Biogas Compression Module
This module has a steel base of 12 m x 4.35 m with a building installed on it with complete HVAC system, electrical lighting, grounding, panels and JBs. 3 rotary vanes compressors (Ro Flo model 10G) with 3 X 75 HP explosion proof WEG electric motors are installed on the base complete with all stainless-steel piping and valves. Over 100 instruments are installed on piping and equipment. Total weight of the module is 43 tons.
Biogas Sediment & Moisture Trap (SMT) Skid
This module has a steel base of 6 m x 7.85 m with a building installed on it with complete HVAC system, electrical lighting, grounding, panels and JBs. 3 filter trap vessels are installed on the base complete with all stainless-steel 16” piping and valves. Over 40 instruments are installed on piping and equipment. Total weight of the module is 41 tons.
Stainless Steel Trays & Screens
Project consisted of engineering and fabrication of 110 units of stainless-steel trays & screens to be installed at a composting facility. Tray frames were built from SS304 HSS members with tray dimensions 3021 x 977 mm all welded construction and perforated plates were built from 3 mm SS304 plates with over 5000 punched holes of 3/16” diameter with a specific hole pattern per screen requiring precision fabrication methods. Total weight of delivered trays & screens was 17 tons.
Pump Skid & Steel Canisters
Project consisted of supplying two large submersible & fish-friendly pumps (4650 Liters/S per pump) plus engineering and fabrication of two all steel canisters of 1.6 m in diameter and 10 m long each weighing 11 tons for a total of 22 tons steel fabrication. Canisters were to be installed in wet wells and pumps inserted into canisters to be submerged in water supported from canister walls. Pump support mechanism was a novel design by itself.
